About these terms
These terms cover the Convergence Development website, Logos Construct, and its online features. Separate agreements or software licenses may apply to specific features. Convergence Development LLC is based in the United States.
Using Logos Construct
You may play authorized copies for personal, non-commercial use. Ownership of the game and its artwork, music, and other protected material remains with their respective owners.
Do not sell or redistribute the game or its assets without permission, bypass access controls, or use cheats. Rights granted by law or applicable open-source licenses remain unaffected. Godot and other included software retain their own license terms and notices.
Logos Construct is in development. Features, balance, supported builds, and availability may change. Roadmaps do not guarantee release dates or permanent features.
Accounts and fair play
Keep your account details accurate and sign-in information private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Never send us your password or sign-in tokens.
Do not harass or impersonate others, share unlawful content, infringe others' rights, access systems without permission, or disrupt the service.
We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect players and the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us. You may stop using the service at any time.
Your content
Share only content you have the right to provide. Leave out passwords, confidential material, and other people's private information.
You retain your rights in your submissions. You allow us to host and display them as needed to operate the features where you share them. Broader reuse or promotional use requires separate permission.
Other services
Discord and other linked platforms have their own terms. This website does not accept payments. Any future purchase or crowdfunding campaign will have separate pricing, delivery, cancellation, and refund information.
Availability and your rights
Development builds and online services may contain bugs, experience interruptions, or lose progress. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device.
These terms do not limit consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We will update the date above when these terms change and explain significant updates. We will provide notice or request agreement where required.
